Coaching & Advisory Options

Initial Goal-Setting Session (90 minutes): Clarify what success looks like—whether leadership growth (building trust, navigating high-stakes conversations, leading change) or organizational priorities (team culture, strategy, resource allocation). Often, it’s a mix of both—aligning leadership development with the work that matters most.

Two 50-minute coaching calls per month: Focused sessions to work through challenges, develop strategies, and strengthen leadership skills. Each session includes follow-up notes summarizing key insights, decisions, and next steps—no need to sift through notes later.

Ongoing Email Access: Quick input when you need it between sessions.
