We help leaders find clarity, design strategy, and drive remarkable educational outcomes in a noisy and constantly changing world.
OUR SERVICES
ADGN works across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean in English and in Spanish.
Foundations
We help foundations decide which people and outcomes to prioritize, identify where philanthropy can have the greatest leverage, and align grants, partnerships, time, people, and money to drive results.
Schools and school systems
We help schools and systems define success with students and communities, find what is holding progress back, and align curriculum, people, time, and money to improve student outcomes.
Nonprofits
We help nonprofits get clear on who they serve, what success looks like, and what students need to get there. We work with leaders to align programs, people, time, and money around those priorities.

About Rob
For more than 15 years Rob Jentsch has been obsessed with one question: What does it take to dramatically improve outcomes for young people?
He started as a teacher and coach at a high school where students from low-income communities achieved remarkable results, then spent eight years at Mass Insight, eventually serving as Chief Program and Strategy Officer. His work has included school turnarounds, district and state strategy, foundation strategy, and school design, including MAIA’s school in Guatemala, a Zayed Sustainability Prize winner.
Today,
through ADGN Education, Rob works with nonprofits, foundations, and schools and
school systems across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
A trained anthropologist with an MBA, Rob listens closely to students, families, staff, and communities, looks hard at the evidence, and helps leadership teams decide where to focus their time, people, and budget.
Rob works in English and Spanish and is based in Baltimore.
